Lead Bay FC's data strategy and analytics function for sporting operations. Build systems, pipelines, and governance; integrate tracking, GPS, medical, and match data; deliver performance, recruitment, and predictive insights; partner with coaching, medical, and global data teams to drive adoption and research.

Manage a portfolio of season ticket members delivering exceptional, personalized service; handle account management, payments, renewals, upsells, and CRM recordkeeping while meeting weekly metrics and sales goals.

Sell a full menu of ticket products (season tickets, group sales, mini plans, premium hospitality) via phone, email, and in-person. Make outbound calls, meet individual and team sales goals, track prospecting and conversations in CRM, and maintain weekly metrics. Role based in San Francisco office four days/week and reports to Senior Director of Sales.

Drive group ticket revenue through outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and closing. Build relationships with youth, school, corporate, and community groups. Manage CRM records, create tailored proposals, identify upsell opportunities, support game day execution, and collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver excellent client experiences.
