Leads Bay FC’s people strategy and employee experience across business and sporting operations. Oversees culture, talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, compensation, benefits, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, investigations, onboarding, and player safety. Advises executives, develops managers, ensures California and NWSL compliance, and builds scalable people systems and programs aligned with the Club’s values and competitive goals.

Manages the operating system for Bay FC’s Marketing organization, including integrated calendars, campaign plans, workflows, budgets, cross-functional coordination, matchday planning, launch readiness, and performance reporting. Establishes processes, systems, and operating rhythms that improve prioritization, accountability, resource visibility, and fan experiences. Partners with internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders while supporting select events, matches, evenings, and weekends.

Supports Bay FC’s daily kit, equipment, laundry, inventory, training, match-day, facility, and travel operations. Responsibilities include preparing and distributing team apparel, setting up and transporting equipment, maintaining changing rooms and technical areas, coordinating laundry, managing supplies, supporting visiting teams, and driving equipment vehicles. The role requires physical readiness, organization, flexibility, outdoor work, nontraditional hours, and domestic travel during the NWSL season.
