Manage and coordinate all business office administrative operations, supervise administrative staff, maintain executive correspondence and records, oversee supplies and facilities, support process improvement, prepare reports and meeting materials, handle scheduling and travel, and ensure compliance with policies and confidentiality.

Supervise clinic support staff and daily operations for a multi-specialty clinic. Manage staffing, schedules, training, audits, risk/incident reporting, patient flow, scheduling templates, supplies, vaccine and equipment maintenance, performance evaluations, and serve as primary contact in manager absence. Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality of care while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and patient complaint resolution.

Supervise and manage a Dual Diagnosis SUD/MAT program: provide clinical assessments and treatment planning, oversee program staff and operations, ensure documentation and HIPAA compliance, coordinate outreach and stakeholder relations, monitor program quality, and support MAT service development.

Work collaboratively with medical staff, participate in quality assurance and program planning, and maintain required certifications.
