Provide clinical care and oversight in a primary care clinic, including patient exams, minor procedures, prescribing, chart documentation, and complex case consultation. Supervise and mentor providers, develop and review clinical policies and protocols, participate in QA and peer review, support program development, budgeting, grants, and represent the clinic in the medical community.

Provides comprehensive podiatric care including assessment, diagnosis (including x-rays/labs), treatment (orthotics, medications), and referral for foot, ankle and lower-leg conditions. Acts as a clinical coach/mentor, consults complex cases with medical leadership, and participates in trainings, community education, and interdisciplinary care. Travels locally between sites and maintains required documentation and safety protocols.

Provide primary medical care to BACH patients including exams, diagnosis, treatment, referrals, preventive care education, documentation, and collaboration with medical staff. Maintain records, follow clinic protocols, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and participate in quality assurance and community health programs.
