Manage and strengthen merchant relationships to drive retention and profitability through account auditing, transaction processing consultation, risk monitoring and mitigation, merchant education, cross-functional coordination, and issue resolution. Support PCI remediation and merchant re-applications, use AI tools for efficiency, and meet growth and retention goals while documenting communications and training teammates.

Lead and scale the sales organization to meet revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management, partner/channel growth, CRM-driven execution, and talent development. Drive cross-functional alignment, enforce sales processes and playbooks, and develop leaders while converting partner and marketing leads into predictable revenue.

Build and maintain Finance reporting (Power BI), data models and warehouse connections; deliver ad-hoc financial analysis; validate cross-functional reports; support month-end close and automate reporting and close processes to reduce manual work and risk.

Provide first-line inbound support for merchants and partners across payment products. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on calls, email, and live chat; assist with PCI compliance questionnaires and scans; update merchant records; escalate complex issues and provide product/terminal training to ensure one-call resolution and high customer satisfaction.
