Senior marketing leader responsible for global marketing strategy and execution for IT services and AI solutions in the US/Canada market. Drives demand generation, ABM, digital and AI-powered marketing, product/GTM launches, branding, and analytics. Aligns marketing with sales to accelerate revenue, manages multi-million-dollar budgets, builds high-performing global teams, and leverages CRM, marketing automation, and AI tools to optimize pipeline and ROI.

Serve as primary client contact for US accounts: onboard, drive product adoption, monitor satisfaction and churn risk, run reviews, resolve escalations, identify upsell/renewal opportunities, track CS KPIs, and maintain CRM data while collaborating cross-functionally.

Drive sales and business development across the Northeast region by managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, executing territory strategies, leading full sales cycles, and collaborating cross-functionally. Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records while representing the company at industry events to achieve or exceed territory targets.

Drive regional sales and business development across the Midwest: develop territory strategies, manage key accounts, close deals, grow pipeline, upsell/cross-sell, track market trends and competitors, represent Cure8 at events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed sales targets.

Lead the creative vision for marketing campaigns, manage and mentor designers and content creators, ensure brand consistency, oversee production from concept to execution, analyze campaign performance, manage budgets and external vendors, and present strategies to leadership while aligning creative work with business goals.

Design and produce marketing and branding materials for global B2B clients, build and maintain WordPress sites (themes/plugins, Elementor), create presentations and social graphics, implement responsive UI/UX, apply SEO and analytics, and collaborate with US-based teams across projects from concept through execution.
