Lead the company’s finance function across US GAAP reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, compliance, audits, cash flow, and internal controls. Manage and develop the finance team, provide strategic financial insights to executives, and oversee financial operations across North America. Lead the migration from QuickBooks Online to Microsoft Business Central, including data conversion, reporting architecture, and user adoption.

Manage IT projects from initiation through delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, handover, customer communication, ticket audits, documentation, and post-implementation reviews. The role coordinates technical teams, manages project scope and quality, supports proposals, resolves issues, maintains client relationships, and contributes to project delivery best practices. Strong communication, conflict management, analytical problem-solving, and IT experience are required, along with extensive Windows administration and VMware experience.

Lead the creative vision for marketing campaigns, manage and mentor designers and content creators, ensure brand consistency, oversee production from concept to execution, analyze campaign performance, manage budgets and external vendors, and present strategies to leadership while aligning creative work with business goals.
