Designs, deploys, secures, monitors, and supports Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Serves as the Level 3 escalation point for complex incidents, manages networking, identity, security monitoring, automation, backups, disaster recovery, compliance, and infrastructure-as-code. Performs root-cause analysis, implements permanent fixes, supports audits and migrations, participates in on-call and major incident response, and mentors junior engineers. The role requires strong Azure, cloud networking, Windows/Linux, IAM, security, Terraform, scripting, and troubleshooting expertise.

Leads end-to-end IT procurement across software, hardware, cloud, outsourcing, and telecommunications categories. Develops sourcing and category strategies, conducts cost analysis and negotiations, manages supplier relationships and performance, mitigates procurement risks, supports framework and master service agreements, and ensures accurate reporting and purchasing data. The role requires strong commercial, communication, influencing, contract drafting, RFP, and Microsoft Excel skills while working night shifts with global clients.

Provides Level 2 technical support through international customer calls and ticket management. Troubleshoots Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Active Directory, VPN, networking, and end-user hardware issues. Performs triage, escalates complex issues to Level 3, documents resolutions, communicates with users, follows SOPs, and supports maintenance activities. The role is onsite in Hyderabad and primarily works the US night shift.
