In the Member Experience team, you will provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues, gather feedback, and enhance member experience through effective communication and collaboration with various teams.

Build specialized talent pipelines, advise functional leaders, define hiring processes, assess candidates, manage offers, and champion candidate experience. Use recruiting metrics to improve outcomes while managing multiple searches across levels in a fast-moving startup environment.

Develop and implement manufacturing quality control plans, QMS processes, documentation, audits, and ISO 9001 compliance. Collaborate with hardware, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and production teams on FMEAs, risk reduction, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, nonconformance handling, and rework processes. The Battery and Inverter Compliance Engineer will lead compliance efforts, ensuring regulatory certification of battery and inverter systems while collaborating with engineering teams and standards bodies.

Lead and scale Base's IT and security function: define security and IT strategy, manage cybersecurity operations and incident response, design corporate and industrial networks, run asset lifecycle and procurement, govern AI tools, automate IT workflows, and lead the internal support and infrastructure teams to enable secure, reliable company operations.

Own the company’s integrated operational plan, consolidating material, deployment, and manufacturing plans. Lead S&OP, production scheduling, inventory targets, factory staffing, and transition planning. Define requirements for internal planning software, including data models, MRP, scenario planning, and interfaces, while building dashboards and planning tools. Own Base’s member retention strategy from onboarding through renewal. Build detection tools, automations, and workflows to identify at-risk members, prevent churn, manage renewals, execute win-back efforts, resolve escalations, and gather member feedback. The role combines data-driven process improvement with direct member engagement and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Legal, and Engineering.

The Deployment Operations Assistant manages permit applications, liaises with authorities and utilities, and resolves permit challenges for battery installation projects.

Support the Go-To-Market team by executing customer acquisition strategies, managing customer relationships, analyzing interactions in HubSpot, generating outbound leads, assisting sales to meet targets, and helping launch marketing campaigns.
