In the Member Experience team, you will provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues, gather feedback, and enhance member experience through effective communication and collaboration with various teams.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots network infrastructure across offices, warehouses, and manufacturing sites. Manages VLANs, routing, VPNs, firewalls, monitoring, wireless deployments, documentation, and network equipment. Supports manufacturing OT systems, servers, and factory-floor connectivity while responding to IT and OT incidents. Collaborates on outages, upgrades, security compliance, new-site rollouts, and general IT support in a rapidly scaling startup environment.

Supports hardware engineering builds by tracking parts and materials, coordinating procurement and delivery, managing build issues, maintaining component tracking processes, identifying shortages and delays, and improving inventory controls. Works across Hardware Engineering, Procurement, and external teams to keep builds on schedule. Requires hands-on experience bringing next-generation batteries into production, plus strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
