Teams at Base Power Company

Build and operate Base’s identity and authorization platform, including Okta workforce SSO, cloud federation, entitlements-as-code, workload identity, PKI, authentication policies, and least-privilege authorization primitives. The role partners with IT, security, and application teams to provide secure identity, groups, and tokens across internal systems, cloud infrastructure, services, and field devices.

Own Base’s customer and employer brand content across its website, blog, email, text, and social channels. Set editorial voice and standards, build content distribution strategy, produce high-volume quality writing, and partner with lifecycle, growth, recruiting, product, and design teams. Interview homeowners and employees to uncover compelling stories and explain complex energy products clearly to prospective customers and candidates.

Own Base’s brand strategy, research systems, positioning, and integrated campaigns. Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into marketing strategies, guide creative development, lead campaigns from brief through launch, test concepts with audiences, and tie campaign goals to business outcomes. The role partners closely with design, growth, sales, product, and leadership while supporting expansion into new markets.
