In the Member Experience team, you will provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues, gather feedback, and enhance member experience through effective communication and collaboration with various teams.

Lead and scale Base's IT and security function: define security and IT strategy, manage cybersecurity operations and incident response, design corporate and industrial networks, run asset lifecycle and procurement, govern AI tools, automate IT workflows, and lead the internal support and infrastructure teams to enable secure, reliable company operations.

Build and maintain systems connecting Sales, Marketing, and CS to optimize GTM workflows. Identify bottlenecks, design automations and lightweight prototypes, ensure clean data integrations, collaborate with Engineering, leverage AI and analytics, and create a GTM roadmap to improve operational efficiency and execution.
