Develops and executes OEM sourcing strategies, negotiates supplier contracts, manages purchase orders, and monitors supplier performance, delivery, quality, cost, and margins. Partners with project, applications, sales, finance, and field service teams to support packaging automation projects. Responsibilities include supplier onboarding, agreement management, expediting orders, resolving discrepancies, coordinating corrective actions, reporting metrics, and improving supply-chain operations using ERP and MRP systems.

Create 2D and 3D mechanical CAD models, schematics, assemblies, and technical drawings. Apply GD&T, engineering codes, and industry standards to ensure compliant designs. Perform FEA simulations, prepare technical documentation, support manufacturing and construction teams, collaborate with engineers, and maintain CAD file version control and drafting standards.

Leads the manufacturing domain architecture for a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations program. Evaluates business requirements, designs scalable manufacturing and supply chain solutions, governs standards, coordinates architects and vendors, and supports implementations, rollouts, testing, upgrades, troubleshooting, documentation, training, and continuous improvement. Requires extensive D365 manufacturing experience, ERP implementation expertise, systems integration knowledge, and familiarity with production planning, scheduling, costing, and manufacturing operations.
