Afinitas is seeking a Contract Sourcing Specialist to help build candidate pipelines for frontline production and manufacturing positions across multiple locations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding talent, engaging candidates, and helping organizations fill critical manufacturing positions. You'll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to identify and connect with production employees, skilled trades professionals, and other manufacturing talent needed to support our growing operations.
While this is a remote position, we are seeking candidates located in the Midwest who are familiar with regional labor markets and manufacturing talent pools.
What You'll Do
• Source candidates for production, assembly, machining, welding, maintenance, and other manufacturing roles.
• Build active talent pipelines across multiple sites and regions.
• Conduct candidate outreach through phone, email, text, social media, and recruiting platforms.
• Screen candidates and assess qualifications, availability, and interest.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and sourcing activity within our ATS.
• Support hiring campaigns, workforce initiatives, and recruiting events as needed.
• Develop talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.

• Strong candidate sourcing and outreach skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using recruiting technology, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with Midwest labor markets and manufacturing talent communities strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations is a plus.
