Develops and manages industrial equipment accounts across Georgia, growing revenue and margins through account expansion, new business development, and value-added solutions. Builds relationships with procurement, maintenance, engineering, sanitation, and manufacturer representatives. Provides product training, technical support, pricing strategies, and customer solutions for food and beverage manufacturing facilities. Requires extensive regional travel to customer sites, manufacturer training, and client support.

Manages control system integration projects from proposal and planning through design, execution, and delivery. Oversees automation, PLC, HMI, SCADA, electrical control, documentation, scheduling, budgets, staffing, vendors, quality, and client relationships. Leads and develops the local controls and automation business, mentors professionals, coordinates financial reporting, and supports installation and startup activities. Requires extensive industrial automation experience, strong Rockwell expertise, and willingness to travel.

Design, program, and commission PLC/HMI and motion control systems for automated packaging machinery. Integrate servo axes, vision, barcode, and inspection devices; configure safety systems; develop electrical schematics and panels; support FAT/SAT, field commissioning, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer support; mentor junior staff and travel up to 25%.
