Lead a team of 8-10 mechanical and electrical engineers to deliver high-quality OEM automation equipment. Provide technical direction, process improvements, standards and tooling, cross-functional coordination, coaching, and project oversight to meet schedules, budgets, and business objectives.

Design, program, test, commission, and support industrial control systems for automated manufacturing. Lead SCADA, PLC, and HMI development, troubleshoot production lines, manage project execution, and maintain client relationships. Provide on-site start-up and installation support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver control system integration solutions.

Lead and build a global Program Management team to execute New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. Drive cross-functional NPD projects from scope through launch, meeting schedule, cost, and quality targets. Establish an NPD execution playbook, enforce disciplined project practices, align stakeholders, and track KPIs to ensure successful product and project outcomes.
