Supports and administers the Infor Visual ERP environment, including user access, troubleshooting, data reconciliation, anomaly resolution, reporting, training, and documentation. Develops SQL-based reports, maintains data integrity across inventory, labor, and financial transactions, assists with month-end close, and collaborates on process improvements, software upgrades, and data migrations. The role is primarily hands-on ERP administration and support, with progression toward broader business analysis responsibilities.

Direct large-scale industrial design-build capital projects from planning through engineering, construction, installation, commissioning, startup, and closure. Manage client relationships, project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, forecasts, documentation, and execution strategies. Lead project teams, support client development, and ensure successful delivery across food and beverage, life sciences, and advanced technology environments. Travel is required for project activities, client meetings, training, and industry events.

Lead and execute manufacturing process improvements and lean initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost. Design and optimize assembly and tooling methods, perform layout and workflow planning, support Design for Manufacturing, estimate production times/costs, justify and implement CapEx, train operations on lean concepts, and ensure regulatory compliance. Serve as liaison between design and operations and support new product development.
