Level and align components, detect and report defects, perform and assist with testing, maintain documentation and standard work, and train or mentor less-experienced associates while adhering to safety and quality procedures.

Lead and optimize sales and business development operations across Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, and Advanced Technology sectors. Manage proposal and capture processes, CRM and pipeline accuracy, reporting, cross-functional coordination, market intelligence, and pursuit governance to support senior leaders and drive revenue growth.

Serve as the first point of contact by answering calls, greeting visitors, coordinating meeting logistics, managing mail and deliveries, supporting events and campus services, acting as liaison with vendors and property management, and providing general administrative support for leadership and cross-functional teams.
