Owns end-to-end software and DevOps engagements spanning application, Ignition, integration, and platform work. Manages delivery models, project financials, estimates, contracts, risks, staffing, vendors, releases, deployments, and client relationships. Coordinates multiple scrum teams, oversees go-live and commissioning, resolves escalations, and coaches project managers, technical leads, engineers, and product owners. The role also contributes to project standards, supports troubled-project recovery, and identifies follow-on opportunities. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Lead the folding-carton product portfolio: set vision and multi-year roadmap, define requirements from market/customer insights, manage full product lifecycle, align cross-functional teams, drive go-to-market, measure KPIs, and influence executive and industry stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead ERP implementation and optimization for project and product cost management in a capital equipment environment. Map and redesign processes, gather requirements, configure functional modules, perform data migration and testing, recommend out-of-the-box vs custom solutions, produce training and change management materials, and support end-user adoption.
