Lead and oversee execution of new capital equipment orders for the corrugating product line. Define scope, budgets, schedules, and standards; manage resources, OEM partners, documentation, installation, start-up and project closure; enforce project management playbooks; identify and mitigate schedule/cost risks; and develop and coach project management team members.

The Master Scheduler develops and optimizes the master production schedule, balancing customer demands and manufacturing capacity while ensuring on-time delivery and resource efficiency.

Lead mechanical design and development of discrete and secondary packaging machinery. Own projects end-to-end: scope, specifications, concept, detailed design, validation (FEA, FMEA), GD&T drawings, DFX, part selection, and project documentation. Mentor teams, manage projects, support installation and commissioning, and solve field issues.
