The Senior Accountant supports mining operations through month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, cost control, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial modeling. A bachelor's degree and at least five years of accounting experience are required; CPA or CMA certification and large-scale ERP experience are preferred.

Provides on-site HR support at a remote mining project, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, employee records, HRIS updates, attendance, payroll data, investigations, and policy compliance. Serves as a key employee and supervisor contact while supporting confidential HR matters. The role requires regular travel, rotational camp work, extended shifts, mine-site mobility, PPE use, and compliance with physical and fitness-for-duty requirements.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for mining, skilled trades, technical, supervisory, administrative, and corporate roles across the United States and Canada. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, pre-employment coordination, hiring manager partnership, talent pipeline development, career events, recruitment reporting, and process improvement. The role is hybrid in Denver with approximately 20% travel to project and mine sites.

Provides site-level HR support at a remote mining operation, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, training logistics, HRIS and employee-record maintenance, attendance and payroll coordination, employee assistance, and support for investigations and disciplinary processes. Requires independent work in a rotational 14-days-on/14-days-off camp environment, frequent travel, 12-hour shifts, mine-site mobility, PPE use, and compliance with employment policies and regulations.
