Oversees residential community-home programming, care coordination, ISP implementation, documentation quality, regulatory compliance, health and safety follow-up, incident reporting, audits, and licensing readiness. The role coordinates admissions and meetings, monitors staff implementation, supports onboarding and coaching, manages individual benefits, conducts regular home visits, and collaborates with families, agencies, and internal departments. Weekend on-call participation and occasional direct support during emergencies are required.

Leads the enterprise Learning and Development function across multiple locations. Establishes learning strategy, standards, governance, measurement, and technology practices; oversees onboarding, compliance training, competency, professional, leadership, and certification programs; manages teams, budgets, vendors, and learning systems; partners with senior leaders on workforce and culture priorities; and ensures regulatory readiness and continuous improvement.

Leads the annual giving program through multi-channel fundraising campaigns, donor cultivation, stewardship, segmentation, and engagement. Maintains donor records and campaign data in a CRM, analyzes fundraising performance, prepares leadership reports, and partners with communications and advancement teams on messaging, events, recognition, and donor pipeline development.

Builds community relationships and represents the Barber National Institute at events, presentations, and networking opportunities. Coordinates outreach, the Speakers Bureau, and volunteer program; identifies partnership and philanthropic opportunities; maintains CRM records; supports communications, Advancement initiatives, donor referrals, and organizational visibility.

Leads organization-wide learning and development operations, including orientation, onboarding, compliance, role-specific, and professional learning programs. Supervises L&D staff, coordinates schedules and resources, monitors completion and documentation, partners with cross-functional leaders, and uses learning data and feedback to improve program quality. The role also supports regulatory readiness, maintains learning records, and drives consistent delivery across multiple locations.

Builds community awareness and relationships for Barber National Institute by coordinating outreach, events, presentations, volunteer engagement, Speakers Bureau activities, and external partnerships. Represents the organization at community functions, identifies philanthropic opportunities, supports Advancement initiatives, maintains CRM records, and collaborates on stories and communications. The role requires strong relationship-building, public speaking, organization, discretion, and community engagement skills.
