Responsibilities include financial reporting, controllership, budgeting, forecasting, statutory and tax compliance, treasury, audit readiness, internal controls, ERP discipline, process improvement, and cross-functional operational planning. The role partners with corporate finance and the General Manager on capital allocation, performance management, scalability, and cost governance while leading and developing the finance team.

Support the evaluation and acquisition of vertical-market software companies through financial and operational analysis, due diligence, valuation modeling, investment summaries, market research, and presentation of acquisition opportunities. The role works with a global M&A team and contributes to data-focused projects while developing expertise in private-company acquisitions, software businesses, and high-level valuations.

Owns month-end close, general ledger, AP, AR, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash-flow monitoring, and audit support. The role also contributes to finance automation, AI-enabled reporting, policy development, and integration of newly acquired businesses across global operating entities.

Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, audits, cash tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Assist with financial data validation during acquisitions, follow accounting procedures, and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives while developing expertise in US GAAP and global finance operations.
