Own month-end close, accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and cash-flow forecasting across multiple entities. Support audits, M&A integration, acquisition accounting, process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled finance initiatives. The role partners with global stakeholders, maintains financial controls and SOPs, and supervises junior finance team members.

Lead Banyan Canopy Group’s finance and operational governance across Pakistan. Responsibilities include financial reporting, controllership, budgeting, forecasting, statutory and tax compliance, treasury, audit readiness, internal controls, ERP discipline, process improvement, and cross-functional operational planning. The role partners with corporate finance and the General Manager on capital allocation, performance management, scalability, and cost governance while leading and developing the finance team.
