Execute and improve deposit operations including exception handling, dispute resolution, account reviews, reconciliations, regulatory compliance, and core banking system support. Train staff, create procedures, support audits, provide cross-departmental expertise, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate, timely deposit operations.

Lead and execute complex payment processing (wires, ACH, FX), investigations, reconciliations, fraud and sanctions screening, and regulatory compliance. Strengthen controls, support audits/UAT, produce reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements to reduce risk and improve operational efficiency.

Temporary role supporting accurate, timely processing of domestic (and some international) wire transfers. Review documentation, perform OFAC/sanctions screening, monitor queues and exceptions, investigate and resolve rejects/returns, maintain audit-ready records, coordinate with internal teams, assist with balancing/settlement and wire reporting, and follow controls and escalation procedures.

Support Private Client Teams by managing client onboarding, maintaining CRM records, servicing cash management and treasury products, handling client inquiries, coordinating with risk/compliance/operations, tracking SLAs, and recommending process improvements to enhance client experience and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead and oversee the Credit Underwriting department, ensuring consistent application of loan policy, managing a team of seven, approving or recommending credit actions, coordinating renewals, establishing underwriting standards and internal controls, supporting audit/regulatory reviews, preparing committee and board materials, and driving technology adoption to improve efficiency and risk accuracy.
