Serve as an independent Non-Executive Director for BwB’s Singapore operations, providing board-level oversight, constructive challenge, and strategic guidance to senior management. Advise on company development, decision-making, governance, fiduciary responsibilities, and sustainability-focused financial activities. The role requires approximately two hours per quarter and is open only to candidates located in Singapore.

Serve as an independent Non-Executive Director on BwB’s Ireland board, providing oversight, constructive challenge, and strategic advice to senior management. The role focuses on enhanced decision-making, board governance, fiduciary duties, financial services expertise, ESG and sustainability, and supporting the company’s development in Ireland. The expected time commitment is approximately two hours per quarter.

Supports a potential Uganda assignment focused on strengthening local government capacity to access and manage climate finance. Responsibilities include applying knowledge of Uganda’s decentralized governance and climate-finance institutions, advising on donor requirements, project preparation, funding applications, and developing capacity-building materials, practical guidance, training, and related tools for government and public-sector actors.

Intern supports sustainable finance advisory projects through climate finance research, technical report writing, financial modeling, transaction due diligence, and development of green and blue finance solutions. Responsibilities include preparing presentations and briefing materials, organizing climate finance events, managing project deliverables, analyzing climate risks and impacts, and engaging stakeholders across sectors including renewable energy, agriculture, water security, resilient infrastructure, and biodiversity finance.

Contract role to support a circular economy financing assignment in Mauritius. Requires a Mauritius-based expert with a Master’s degree, 10+ years in financing institutions or project finance, and strong sustainable finance expertise. Preferred: circular/green finance, MSME and gender-responsive finance, government/SIDS experience, financing guidelines, and English/French fluency.

Support a 36-month corporate climate action and sustainability assignment by advising on greenhouse-gas accounting, carbon footprinting, emissions reduction measures, decarbonisation plans, target setting, GHG inventory reviews, and technical assessment of emissions-reduction investments. Experts will apply international climate standards and methodologies, including the GHG Protocol, SBTi, and TPI, with relevant advisory or research experience.

Provide Mongolia-based advisory support for capital market assessments, regulatory and market-structure diagnostics, and engagement with regulators, policymakers, and market institutions to support capital market development and related reforms.
