Senior expert supporting sustainable bond issuances, debt capital markets, financial partnerships, and development finance initiatives in emerging markets. Responsibilities require structuring green, social, sustainability, and sustainability-linked bonds; managing partnerships among banks, governments, development agencies, investors, insurers, and guarantee providers; and engaging senior public- and private-sector stakeholders. The role also involves applying regulatory and issuance expertise, building DFI relationships, and traveling across Europe and emerging-market countries.

Serve as an independent Non-Executive Director for BwB’s Singapore operations, providing board-level oversight, constructive challenge, and strategic guidance to senior management. Advise on company development, decision-making, governance, fiduciary responsibilities, and sustainability-focused financial activities. The role requires approximately two hours per quarter and is open only to candidates located in Singapore.

Supports a potential Uganda assignment focused on strengthening local government capacity to access and manage climate finance. Responsibilities include applying knowledge of Uganda’s decentralized governance and climate-finance institutions, advising on donor requirements, project preparation, funding applications, and developing capacity-building materials, practical guidance, training, and related tools for government and public-sector actors.

Contract role to support a circular economy financing assignment in Mauritius. Requires a Mauritius-based expert with a Master’s degree, 10+ years in financing institutions or project finance, and strong sustainable finance expertise. Preferred: circular/green finance, MSME and gender-responsive finance, government/SIDS experience, financing guidelines, and English/French fluency.

Provide Mongolia-based advisory support for capital market assessments, regulatory and market-structure diagnostics, and engagement with regulators, policymakers, and market institutions to support capital market development and related reforms.
