QualificationsRequired Experience:
- Strong, demonstrable experience in Mongolia's capital markets and financial system
- Proven track record of working with financial regulators, market institutions, policymakers, or other public-sector stakeholders
Relevant Experience Includes:
- Capital market development and financial sector reform
- Capital market assessments, diagnostics, and strategy development
- Legal, regulatory, tax, and foreign exchange frameworks
- Market infrastructure and financial product development
- Engagement with regulators, policymakers, and market participants
- Experience in emerging and frontier markets
