Lead accounting and financial reporting for the bank, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial statements, month/quarter/year-end close, internal controls, audit coordination, regulatory reporting support, technical accounting guidance, and process improvement/automation across Finance.

Lead Treasury Management operations including account setup, product implementation, client onboarding, staff management, vendor relationships, training, escalation resolution, sales support, product/pricing analysis, and process improvement to ensure superior service for corporate clients.

Drive revenue and deposit growth by selling treasury management solutions, acquiring and onboarding clients, nurturing key relationships, developing sales strategies, performing market analysis, and supporting sales campaigns and proposals.

Lead complex BSA/AML and fraud investigations, prepare SARs/CTRs/DOEPs, perform advanced CDD/EDD, review monitoring alerts and quality control, support regulatory exams and audits, update policies, and mentor junior analysts.

Provide centralized operational support for 50+ bank branches: manage corporate mail and courier logistics, coordinate vendor service calls and preventive maintenance for branch equipment, troubleshoot issues remotely, maintain inventory and service records, communicate outages and updates, assist with branch moves and equipment deployments, and recommend process improvements to ensure efficient branch operations.

Perform BSA/AML compliance tasks including preparing and filing CTRs, reviewing cash activity and transaction monitoring alerts, maintaining monetary instrument logs, preparing BSA exemptions, conducting customer due diligence, and liaising with other bank departments to ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead operational support for ~50 bank branches including mail/courier, equipment and supplies management, vendor/contracts, team leadership, and branch project management (openings, relocations, renovations). Drive process improvements, cost controls, compliance, and ensure operational readiness and high branch satisfaction.

Lead bank-wide internal and external communications, including press releases, website and intranet content, advertisements, and employee communications. Translate complex product and operational information into clear, compliant messaging, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, IT, Retail, and Digital Banking.

Execute risk-based internal audits across deposits, loans, finance, accounting, and treasury management. Plan and perform engagements with AVP, prepare audit reports, input findings into remediation software, analyze metrics, liaise with outsourced firms, and recommend improvements to management.

Review and verify residential mortgage applications, obtain required documentation, update loan and appraisal data in loan processing software, communicate with applicants and lenders, submit completed files to underwriting, monitor pipeline and alerts, prepare commitment letters, and assist in clearing conditions prior to loan closing.

Perform daily deposit operations including wire processing, cash and GL reconciliations, check and lockbox processing, fraud case submission, overdraft and charge-off processing, regulatory requests handling, and provide teller and deposit operations support.

Perform daily deposit operations including processing non-post/EIM items, lockbox payments, teller cash balancing, account and customer maintenance, exception management, general ledger reconciliation, and provide support to branch staff while improving process efficiencies.

Provide 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support for internal and remote users, onboard users, manage tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software/VOIP, perform daily system monitoring and maintenance, travel to branches for onsite support, participate in on-call rotation, create documentation, and work with IT team and 3rd-party partners to implement and secure IT systems.

Lead and manage the bank's BSA/AML/OFAC program, overseeing CTRs, SARs, CIP, CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, risk assessments, audits/exams, reporting to senior leadership/board, and a team of ~10 compliance professionals to ensure regulatory defensibility and continuous improvement.
