Provide 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support for internal and remote users, onboard users, manage tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software/VOIP, perform daily system monitoring and maintenance, travel to branches for onsite support, participate in on-call rotation, create documentation, and work with IT team and 3rd-party partners to implement and secure IT systems.

Lead IT operations for a $6B bank: manage IT staff and vendors, oversee infrastructure, security, audits, regulatory compliance, BCP/DR, and technology strategy aligned with business goals.

Lead and manage the bank's BSA/AML/OFAC program, overseeing CTRs, SARs, CIP, CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, risk assessments, audits/exams, reporting to senior leadership/board, and a team of ~10 compliance professionals to ensure regulatory defensibility and continuous improvement.
