Owner of state-level P&L and growth for Homeowners programs, launching and scaling state books. Manage catastrophe and portfolio risk, partner across actuarial, underwriting, product, claims, operations, and carriers, lead regulatory filings, monitor performance, and drive actions to improve profitability and execution.

Manage DevOps and SecOps engineering team, own infrastructure for development and production on AWS, design and automate deployments, implement IaC (Terraform), establish CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/logging, and enforce AWS security best practices while partnering with development and managing delivery timelines.

Manage and mature the internal audit function, lead SOX program, perform financial/operational/IT audits end-to-end, support risk assessments, drive remediation, and use data/AI to improve audit coverage and efficiency. Prepare reporting for senior management and Audit Committee.

Lead design, automation, and maintenance of AWS/GW Cloud infrastructure using Terraform. Implement CI/CD (CodePipeline), monitoring, logging, security best practices, and data pipelines. Automate outage notifications, support containerized deployments, build infrastructure tooling, and mentor other DevOps engineers while partnering with development and data teams.
