Owns profitable growth and P&L performance for Homeowners insurance programs in Colorado and Texas. Builds state plans, manages catastrophe and portfolio risk, guides underwriting and pricing decisions, leads regulatory filings, and coordinates distribution, actuarial, product, claims, operations, technology, carrier, and reinsurance partners. The role monitors performance, identifies emerging trends, and executes actions to improve growth, profitability, and operational results.

Manage relationships with independent insurance agencies, generate new business through outbound outreach, identify growth opportunities, educate agents on products and underwriting, support quoting strategies, track production metrics, onboard agencies, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams to improve agency performance and retention.

Conduct manual user acceptance testing for homeowners insurance applications and workflows. Create test plans and cases, validate data flows and regulatory compliance, identify discrepancies, document issues, communicate testing risks, and collaborate with product and technology stakeholders. The role also supports product-team training on new insurance functionality and helps ensure systems meet customer, agent, business, and regulatory requirements.

Develop and refine homeowners insurance pricing strategies and models; perform rate indications, regulatory filings, and actuarial analyses; analyze large datasets using SQL and Python; apply predictive modeling and machine learning; collaborate with underwriting, product, claims, compliance, IT, and Sales teams; communicate business recommendations; and manage multiple pricing and product workstreams.

Manage and grow a distributed software engineering team, set development standards and architecture, hire and mentor engineers, deliver scalable full‑stack SaaS applications, and perform hands‑on development and architectural oversight to meet business objectives.

Manage end-to-end lifecycle for adding new products, programs, and states to Bamboo's Guidewire ecosystem. Act as scrum master, prioritize backlogs, plan and coordinate releases, create release artifacts in Confluence, manage release work in Jira, report progress to stakeholders, and document processes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Design, build, and maintain governed analytical data models and curated datasets (Bronze/Silver/Gold) using SQL, dbt, and Snowflake. Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements, validate data quality, perform reconciliations and testing, and prepare trusted datasets for BI tools to support reporting, analytics, and executive decision-making.

Lead end-to-end performance marketing across paid search, SEO, paid social, programmatic display, CTV/OTT, OOH, and direct mail. Own campaign strategy, creative direction, analytics and optimization, budget allocation, vendor relationships, and executive reporting. Build testing frameworks, audience segmentation, and attribution to improve CAC, ROAS, and quote-to-bind conversion.
