Maintains the manufacturing Quality Management System and ISO 9001 compliance, manages metrology and incoming inspection, and drives product and process quality. Responsibilities include supplier and customer claims, warranty issues, inspection plans, nonconforming material, quarantine control, root cause analysis, corrective actions, KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, and supervision of Quality Inspectors.

Drives employee engagement, culture, communication, recognition, listening, and employer-branding initiatives. Coordinates surveys, events, campaigns, employee feedback, organizational change communications, and job-description management. Tracks employee experience metrics, supports action planning, and partners with leaders and employees to improve organizational effectiveness. The role is fully onsite in a manufacturing facility and requires cross-functional project coordination, strong communication, analytical skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Owns the SAP Manufacturing solution across Production Planning, Materials Management, and SAP Digital Manufacturing. Translates validated requirements into functional designs, configures solutions, coordinates development, leads testing and cutover, and provides application support. The role investigates defects, drives continuous improvement, maintains documentation, ensures change-control compliance, and collaborates with plant stakeholders, technical teams, adjacent SAP domains, and implementation partners globally.
