Operate assigned gaming tables while delivering excellent guest service and commentary. Accurately process and reconcile gaming transactions, maintain float levels, record customer activity and cash drops, protect game integrity, follow gaming legislation and procedures, and report suspicious or aggressive play. Lead incident response, root cause analysis, documentation, design reviews, and engineer mentorship while partnering with business and DevOps teams.

Accept and process sports bets and payouts using sportsbook computer systems, maintain and balance cash tills, follow cash-handling and regulatory procedures, ensure accurate records and excellent guest service, and maintain a stocked, orderly window.

Design and develop dashboards and reports, translate stakeholder requirements into user-friendly BI solutions, build scalable reporting, monitor data quality, support regulatory and ad-hoc analysis, and help evolve BI capabilities including AI-powered tools.

Serve as Braze technical and product SME; design and maintain integrations, player data models, pipelines, and migrations; partner with CRM/Marketing/Product to deliver personalised engagement; monitor performance and deliverability; ensure security, privacy, consent, and compliance; document architecture and support incident response for marketing systems.

Lead iCasino content and product performance to meet revenue and profit targets. Define content roadmaps, coordinate with product and marketing teams, report and optimize casino content, track competitor offerings, and liaise on promotions and bonusing to improve player experience and commercial outcomes.

Coordinate and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, direct mail) across brands and segments. Partner with Content, Design, BI, and Retention teams to brief creatives, launch campaigns, run tests, analyze results, and implement AI-driven automation to improve workflows and engagement.

Analyze multi-source data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights to Marketing and Product teams. Support acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies for Sports and iGaming products, communicate findings to leaders, and improve player experience and processes.
