Own the technical direction of process automation, designing and building AWS services, event-driven workflows, scheduled jobs, and system integrations with Node.js or Python. Develop scalable solution architectures, deployment and infrastructure practices, monitoring, alerting, security, and compliance controls. Lead incident response, root cause analysis, documentation, design reviews, and engineer mentorship while partnering with business and DevOps teams.

Own Braze as the technical and product subject matter expert, developing integrations, data models, pipelines, implementations, and migrations. Partner with CRM, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable personalized engagement solutions. Monitor platform performance and deliverability, support adjacent marketing platforms, and ensure security, privacy, consent, responsible gaming, documentation, and incident-response requirements are met.

Operate assigned gaming tables while delivering excellent guest service and commentary. Accurately process and reconcile gaming transactions, maintain float levels, record customer activity and cash drops, protect game integrity, follow gaming legislation and procedures, and report suspicious or aggressive play. Resolve player disputes appropriately, explain game rules, support learn-to-play sessions, and work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume casino environment.
