Coordinates feature launches across teams and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality, governance alignment, and rapid blocker resolution. Facilitates productive meetings, documents decisions, communicates project status, and builds strong stakeholder and vendor relationships. The role also supports process improvement and engaging customer experiences within an iGaming, sports betting, or online gaming environment.

Manages a portfolio of high-value VIP customers, delivering personalized service, increasing revenue and deposits, acquiring and reactivating players, and creating exclusive experiences. The role owns sales targets, builds relationships across casino and sports betting offerings, partners with internal teams on VIP campaigns, promotes responsible gaming, and provides market and product insights. Regular travel for VIP events and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, are required.

Design and ship intuitive product experiences across TV, mobile, and web for Bally Sports Live. Responsibilities include user research, testing, discovery, analytics, interaction and visual design, prototyping, stakeholder presentations, engineering handoff, and design QA. The designer will own problems end to end, collaborate with product and engineering teams, use AI to accelerate workflows, and advocate for customers while maintaining a high craft standard.
