The Innovation Analyst will work with the Practice Innovation Team to implement innovative technologies, evaluate legal technology, conduct training, and manage projects to improve legal processes.

Support the DADM group's Advertising, Marketing and Digital Media work and cross-sell to ETECH and PGTT. Manage RFPs, pitches, events, PR, web content, marketing collateral, and experience database. Provide proactive, individualized client service to attorneys, assist with lateral integration, and contribute to group business development initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

Support corporate, healthcare, and real estate attorneys by preparing formation and transactional documents, coordinating filings, conducting due diligence and UCC searches, maintaining corporate records, assisting with closings, and managing corporate maintenance and administrative tasks in a high-volume practice.
