Programs PLC and DDC controllers, configures networks, calibrates devices, maps control points, creates graphics, and troubleshoots HVAC, electrical, process, and life-safety systems. Leads projects, manages commissioning documentation, collaborates with internal teams and clients, and mentors automation technicians in field and construction-site environments.

Builds and maintains Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, semantic models, and automated data workflows focused primarily on manufacturing analytics. The role writes SQL and DAX, validates data accuracy, gathers stakeholder requirements, translates business questions into insights, presents findings, and supports self-service reporting. It collaborates with data engineering, software development, executives, and manufacturing leaders while monitoring report performance and data quality.

Produces visual stories through videography, video editing, photography, interviews, motion graphics, and creative direction.
