Designs and documents industrial construction projects, develops design alternatives, collaborates with clients and design-build teams, and supports project quality, financial, and deadline expectations. Requires industrial engineering experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and approximately 20% travel to office and construction sites.

Leads administration, planning, scheduling, process ownership, and continuous improvement for automation manufacturing, including panel shop and offsite operations. Coordinates engineering, materials, quality, labor, and production readiness while developing standardized processes, KPIs, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives. Manages assigned team members, evaluates capacity and technology investments, controls costs, improves quality and schedule reliability, and partners with shop-floor supervision to ensure safe, efficient, and predictable manufacturing execution.

Supports industrial project teams by developing cost reports, maintaining work-in-progress and phase-to-budget forecasts, tracking actual and billed costs, analyzing variances and trends, and forecasting costs at completion. The role aligns work and cost breakdown structures, prepares earned-value and actual-cost reports using Spectrum and P6, audits automated reporting, and collaborates with project managers to communicate changes and maintain accurate monthly owner and project-controls reporting.
