Implements, configures, and optimizes Procore and related enterprise systems. Standardizes workflows and data, troubleshoots issues, develops dashboards and reporting workflows, supports system adoption, creates training materials and SOPs, conducts audits, and drives continuous process improvement. The role partners with system users and specialists to ensure data integrity, consistent processes, effective deployments, and scalable enterprise-wide system usage.

Coordinates HR and safety operations, including onboarding, recruiting support, benefits administration, HRIS assistance, training and certification tracking, safety compliance, drug testing, PPE inventory, reimbursements, and employee engagement activities. Supports performance management, safety communications, meetings, and cross-functional administrative processes while maintaining confidential records and regulatory compliance. Occasional travel to job sites and monthly visits to Ankeny are required.

The Employee Relations Business Partner investigates workplace concerns, coaches leaders, advises on performance and conduct matters, manages union grievances and compliance cases, supports employment-law compliance, and maintains confidential case records. The role develops training, analyzes trends, contributes to HR policies and process improvements, and partners with legal, HR, safety, and operations leaders. Travel to company locations, construction sites, and training events is required approximately 20% of the time.
