Supports automation operations by kitting components, organizing materials, producing phenolic labels and control-panel chiclets, managing print queues, performing basic printer maintenance, and assisting with inventory, shipping, receiving, and workspace organization. The role requires learning automation components and processes, using basic computer skills and hand tools, communicating effectively, and occasionally visiting job sites. Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds is required.

Builds and maintains Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, semantic models, and automated data workflows focused primarily on manufacturing analytics. The role writes SQL and DAX, validates data accuracy, gathers stakeholder requirements, translates business questions into insights, presents findings, and supports self-service reporting. It collaborates with data engineering, software development, executives, and manufacturing leaders while monitoring report performance and data quality.

Produces visual stories through videography, video editing, photography, interviews, motion graphics, and creative direction. Develops concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and multimedia content for marketing, recruiting, internal communications, case studies, and brand awareness. Regularly travels to jobsites and industrial facilities to capture project and employee stories, collaborating with technical teams and marketing stakeholders. Manages production from concept through final delivery while maintaining organized content libraries and brand standards.
