Legal intern supporting Back Market’s legal team through legal research, memo drafting, contract review and negotiation, GDPR implementation, regulatory monitoring, litigation follow-up, process documentation, governance, and legal advice across areas including consumer, advertising, environmental, distribution, intellectual property, competition, digital, privacy, and compliance law.

Supports Sustainability and Public Affairs initiatives, including B Corp recertification, responsible supplier and seller practices, ESG reporting, employee engagement, legal and policy research, stakeholder mapping, position papers, and tracking circular-economy regulations across France, the UK, and the EU. The intern will participate in external meetings and help develop actionable sustainability and public-policy materials.

Manage business development and account management for Back Market’s Japanese seller ecosystem. Acquire and onboard new sellers, grow existing seller sales, improve listings and pricing, analyze performance, develop partnerships, conduct business reviews, and coordinate cross-functional projects. The role requires strong relationship management, pipeline ownership, cultural fluency, and collaboration across multicultural teams and time zones.

Build, launch, monitor, and support scalable software services in an agile build-and-run environment.
