Apprentice supporting product and operations management for Back Market’s Telco team. Responsibilities include managing a mobile app project from discovery through launch, analyzing customer insights and product metrics, coordinating developers and cross-functional teams, preparing user stories and releases, supporting launches, maintaining documentation, monitoring experiments, and improving operational processes. The role requires strong English and French communication, organization, data comfort, ownership, and enrollment in a French work-study program.

Assist with planning and executing external events, including logistics, budgeting, sourcing, production, shipping, and troubleshooting. Support low-budget brand content and promotional productions, coordinate suppliers and deliveries, and prepare post-event reports and learnings. The role requires organization, adaptability, initiative, attention to detail, and fluent written and spoken French and English in a fast-paced international environment.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research for Back Market’s e-commerce experience, including interviews, usability testing, observational research, surveys, card sorts, and contextual inquiry. Translate findings into actionable product and design recommendations, collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, present research results, and help improve the UX Research team’s processes, tools, and communications.
