Supervise floral and indoor plant retail operations, including merchandising, ordering, stocking, displays, inventory control, product quality, scheduling, and employee supervision. Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and assist with floral arrangement design when needed. Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization, provide feedback to support departments, and oversee the full store operation when senior managers are absent.

Support greenhouse crop production by watering, fertilizing, controlling environment, applying crop protection, and identifying pests, diseases, and nutrient issues. Learn greenhouse operations, operate motorized equipment, lift and move heavy materials, work rotating weekend shifts during peak times, and comply with licensing and safety requirements.

The Hardscapes Sales Representative will provide customer service and sales for hardscapes products, manage orders, and assist in the showroom while representing the company at trade shows. Requires team collaboration and excellent communication skills.
