Assists with daily butchery and meat-production activities, including packing, weighing, labeling, stock handling, rotation, storage, and preparation of work areas and materials. Maintains clean, hygienic, and organized production environments while following food and workplace safety procedures. Supports general butchery duties, requires physical fitness for cold environments, and works flexibly as needed.

Leads Babylonstoren’s integrated retail, e-commerce, production, procurement, merchandising, marketing, warehousing, fulfilment and distribution ecosystem. Owns P&L, budgeting, revenue, margins, inventory, service levels and profitability while developing products and growth opportunities. Builds and motivates a multidisciplinary team of approximately 350 people, applies data, technology and AI, and translates strategy into measurable operational improvements. Requires strong commercial leadership, entrepreneurial judgment, product and quality focus, and collaboration across international initiatives.

Own CRM and lifecycle marketing across multiple hospitality brands using HubSpot. Build campaigns, segmentation, personalization, automated lifecycle journeys, lead scoring, data models, surveys, dashboards, and deliverability processes. Maintain data quality and compliance with POPIA and GDPR, measure CRM-attributable commercial outcomes, document architecture, and train estate marketing teams. Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to create scalable, reusable CRM frameworks.

Build and maintain features across eCommerce, admissions, and mobile products. Develop TypeScript and Node.js backend services, GraphQL APIs with Apollo Server, Angular and React frontends, and React Native applications. Work with MySQL and PostgreSQL, automated testing, code reviews, monitoring, reliability, and high-availability systems. Collaborate with teams in South Africa and the UK while using AI tools to improve development speed and learning.

Provides customer support for an online shop through phone, email, and WhatsApp. Manages customer orders, supports operations and driver teams, and follows orders through fulfillment to ensure successful delivery. The role requires strong Afrikaans and English communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, teamwork, initiative, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.

Welcomes guests, answers inquiries in person and through phone or email, processes transactions accurately, completes related administrative tasks, and provides clear information about the venue and its offerings while delivering friendly, organized customer service.

Provide on-site security for guests and the estate: control access at main and service gates, monitor CCTV at reception, enforce safety procedures, maintain professional conduct, and follow prescribed security standards and equipment care.

Provide on-site IT support for hotel infrastructure, servers, networking, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and hospitality systems (Symphony POS, OPERA PMS). Administer Windows Server and Active Directory, troubleshoot end-user and POS issues, maintain backups, security, and ensure 24/7 operational readiness.
