Develops creative concepts, maintains brand consistency, edits short-form video, tracks trends, coordinates content shoots, manages digital assets, curates creator content, and uses performance insights to improve engagement. Collaborates with the Social Media Manager and internal departments to support campaigns, launches, events, and guest experiences.

Manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment across operational, specialist, and head-office roles. Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategy, proactively source candidates, maintain talent pipelines, own candidate experience through offer and onboarding, support employer branding, and continuously improve compliant recruitment processes.

Provides customer support for an online shop through phone, email, and WhatsApp. Manages customer orders, supports operations and driver teams, and follows orders through fulfillment to ensure successful delivery. The role requires strong Afrikaans and English communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, teamwork, initiative, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.

Welcomes guests, answers inquiries in person and through phone or email, processes transactions accurately, completes related administrative tasks, and provides clear information about the venue and its offerings while delivering friendly, organized customer service.

Provide on-site security for guests and the estate: control access at main and service gates, monitor CCTV at reception, enforce safety procedures, maintain professional conduct, and follow prescribed security standards and equipment care.

Design and iterate user-facing experiences across eCommerce, mobile, booking and membership products. Conduct research, craft user journeys, refine interfaces using the multi-brand design system, identify conversion opportunities, collaborate with product and engineering, and adopt AI tools to speed workflows.

Perform general cellar and winemaking tasks including wine cellar operations, bottling and labelling assistance, health & safety and housekeeping to audit standards, and support night/weekend shifts as required.

Provide general administrative support including maintaining and improving FSA systems, assisting with HACCP documentation, preparing invoices (using Sage), managing filing and document control, and ensuring administrative processes and team accountability.

Assist with bottling and labelling operations, operate and maintain equipment, perform quality checks, set up and changeover lines, keep workstations hygienic, record production and inventory, report faults, and collaborate to meet daily production targets.

Provide on-site IT support for hotel infrastructure, servers, networking, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and hospitality systems (Symphony POS, OPERA PMS). Administer Windows Server and Active Directory, troubleshoot end-user and POS issues, maintain backups, security, and ensure 24/7 operational readiness.
