Build campaigns, segmentation, personalization, automated lifecycle journeys, lead scoring, data models, surveys, dashboards, and deliverability processes. Maintain data quality and compliance with POPIA and GDPR, measure CRM-attributable commercial outcomes, document architecture, and train estate marketing teams. Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to create scalable, reusable CRM frameworks.

Build and maintain features across eCommerce, admissions, and mobile products. Develop TypeScript and Node.js backend services, GraphQL APIs with Apollo Server, Angular and React frontends, and React Native applications. Work with MySQL and PostgreSQL, automated testing, code reviews, monitoring, reliability, and high-availability systems. Collaborate with teams in South Africa and the UK while using AI tools to improve development speed and learning.

Creates and manages social-first photography, video, Reels, Stories, carousels, captions, and other content for Babylonstoren and BLOU. Develops creative concepts, maintains brand consistency, edits short-form video, tracks trends, coordinates content shoots, manages digital assets, curates creator content, and uses performance insights to improve engagement. Collaborates with the Social Media Manager and internal departments to support campaigns, launches, events, and guest experiences.
