Collaborate with advocates and clinical operations to enroll patients safely and compliantly. Requires an active U.S. medical license, broad multistate licensure, primary care or telehealth experience, Medicare knowledge, EMR proficiency, and bilingual Mandarin fluency.

Own Baba’s payer partnership strategy, pipeline, negotiations, executive relationships, and expansion with national and regional health plans, especially Medicare Advantage and dual-eligible populations. Structure value-based and risk-aligned agreements, scale pilots into contracts, communicate payer needs internally, and build a partnerships and account management team. The role reports to the CEO, collaborates cross-functionally, and requires travel for business development meetings and conferences.

Own Baba’s direct-to-consumer growth marketing function, including acquisition strategy, channel mix, an eight-figure media budget, unit economics, measurement, incrementality testing, funnel conversion, team development, and agency management. Scale digital and offline channels such as paid social, search, programmatic, TV, direct mail, radio, partnerships, and referrals. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical Operations, Finance, and the CEO to drive efficient growth across Medicare, Medicaid, older adult, and caregiver audiences.

Leads end-to-end revenue cycle management for Medicare and Medicaid billing, including eligibility, claims, denials, appeals, cash posting, reconciliation, payer enrollment, and credentialing. Owns RCM metrics, develops SOPs, manages and coaches the billing team, supports audit readiness, resolves payer and patient issues, and partners with clinical, finance, product, and engineering teams to improve billing workflows and automation.

Lead Baba’s finance, accounting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management functions. Own cash forecasting, FP&A, monthly close, multi-entity accounting, audits, board reporting, unit economics, healthcare revenue KPIs, and payer collections. Manage the RCM Lead, develop the finance team, and partner with executive, clinical, operations, growth, and product teams to scale the business.

Lead Baba’s video and story content across cinematic patient stories, founder and team videos, brand films, paid creative, and sales assets. Own production end to end, including concepting, directing, shooting, editing, budgets, schedules, releases, freelancers, and content repurposing. Build a scalable, AI-assisted content workflow and library while partnering with design, growth, and partnerships teams. The role is hands-on and requires regular travel for shoots.
