Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts for web and mobile applications. Execute regression, functional, integration, and API automation testing using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Appium, Postman, and RestAssured. Collaborate with developers to track defects, analyze results, prepare reports, improve test coverage, and support Agile continuous testing and delivery.

Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for educational LMS platforms, AI robotics portals, mobile apps, and teacher/student dashboards. Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, design systems, and ready-to-develop assets while maintaining consistent branding across digital products. Collaborate with UX designers and developers and support desktop, tablet, iOS, and Android experiences.

Leads the complete HR and administration function, including policies, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, performance processes, engagement, reporting, office administration, and HR technology automation. Oversees Zoho-based HR operations and develops the HR team while partnering with management on people-related matters.

Leads academic instruction, curriculum alignment, student performance improvement, teacher development, school policies, daily operations, infrastructure, records, scheduling, staffing, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement. The administrator conducts parent meetings, represents the school publicly, and liaises with education boards and government authorities.

Design seamless user experiences for an education technology platform, including conducting user research, developing personas, creating user flows and prototypes, identifying UX gaps, running usability tests, and iterating on designs. Collaborate with UI designers, product managers, and curriculum teams to align experiences with learning goals. Maintain UX consistency across coding labs, dashboards, support areas, certificates, LMS features, and mobile platforms.
