Lead commercial expansion across Africa by developing and executing sales strategies, building distributor and key account relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and traveling regularly to strengthen market presence while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Support the Financial Accounting team by processing purchase invoices, bank statements and payments; manage accounts receivable/payable, assist reconciliations, and help with monthly and year-end closings while identifying process improvements.

Serve as HR business partner for logistics operations, handling recruitment, performance and absence management, workforce planning, temp agency deployment, and building HR processes tailored to automated warehouse environments.

Support the marketplaces team across platforms (Bol.com, Amazon, Kruidvat): process product content, set up pricing promotions, create campaign offers, and source new products to drive international revenue growth.

Serve as the first point of contact at the logistics desk: welcome drivers and visitors, provide directions and information, process documents and administrative tasks, answer calls and emails, and maintain desk order to support daily logistics operations.

Support the Shop Manager by organizing schedules and daily operations, coaching and motivating staff, ensuring excellent customer service and store presentation, handling issues on the floor, and covering shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Support IT team in using and improving business applications (ERP, CRM, mailing, buying apps). Work on process analysis, data-driven optimization, and research assignments to increase service quality and efficiency.

Manage supplier selection, negotiations and category strategy for confectionery and spirits. Own purchasing area, expand supplier network, collaborate with Fulfilment, Sales, Finance and Marketing, attend international trade fairs and travel to European suppliers.

Work on commercially driven projects to identify market opportunities, analyse customer potential, and develop growth strategies. Translate insights into concrete commercial actions (e.g., LATAM expansion or beer market client identification), engage with international clients and partners, and deliver recommendations aligned with your study programme. The assignment will have real business impact and may lead to further career opportunities at B&S.

Join the software engineering team as an IT intern to contribute to business applications and data-driven solutions. Work may include building features in C# and Angular, using Azure cloud services, exploring AI and smart search, and performing a research assignment. You will have input on your project and support digitalisation efforts across the organisation.
