Develop and extend B&Ss online commerce and logistics platform (front- and back-end), build integrations with internal/external data sources, collaborate with business users, and prototype innovative features (e.g., OpenAI/VisionAI).

Provide expert product advice to international travelers, drive sales and commissions, support and coach colleagues, maintain store presentation and operational tasks (stock, cash, openings/closings), and act as senior point of contact during manager absence in a busy airport electronics store.

Support marketplace team by processing product content, setting up pricing promotions, creating campaign offers and creatives, and sourcing new products to expand the assortment across international marketplaces like Bol.com and Amazon.

Supervise and coordinate unloading of chilled and frozen goods: allocate tasks, monitor scanning and pallet and data processing, investigate discrepancies, maintain quality and pace, and work hands-on in chilled/frozen warehouse areas.

Lead commercial strategy and account development across Northwest Europe. Build and grow distributor, wholesaler, and retailer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate deals. Travel regularly to manage key accounts, collaborate with internal teams, and drive brand growth in international FMCG channels.
