Leads hotel sales and business development by prospecting accounts, managing client relationships, achieving revenue goals, supporting revenue management, and overseeing sales and catering teams. Responsibilities include business planning, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, employee hiring and development, guest service, sales data reporting, training, and risk management. The role is remote with travel to hotel properties and requires strong hotel sales, leadership, food and beverage, and revenue management experience.

Leads maintenance, facilities operations, engineering standards, preventive maintenance, staff development, inspections, vendor relationships, budgets, and capital improvement projects across a hotel portfolio. Directly oversees daily engineering operations at Embassy Suites Dulles, supports hotel engineering teams, manages MEP systems and CMMS usage, coordinates contractors and procurement, ensures safety and compliance, and provides technical troubleshooting and training. Requires extensive hospitality engineering and facilities leadership experience, frequent portfolio travel, and the ability to handle physically demanding work.

The Management Trainee will rotate through Front Office, Reservations, and Housekeeping departments, gaining skills in guest services, managing bookings, and overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.
