Manage front desk operations and staff during assigned shifts, ensure outstanding guest service and service recovery, drive revenue and control costs, train and coach team members, maintain safety and compliance, and conduct inspections to uphold brand standards.

Lead and manage hotel engineering operations including preventive maintenance, repairs, asset protection, cost control, staff supervision, training, and safety compliance to ensure guest satisfaction and property functionality within budget.

Manage front desk operations to ensure outstanding guest service, drive revenue and cost control, hire/train and supervise staff, maintain schedules and budgets, enforce safety and company procedures, and handle guest issue resolution.

The Management Trainee will rotate through Front Office, Reservations, and Housekeeping departments, gaining skills in guest services, managing bookings, and overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.
