The Management Trainee will rotate through Front Office, Reservations, and Housekeeping departments, gaining skills in guest services, managing bookings, and overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.

Oversee all hotel operations to drive revenue, maximize profit, enforce brand quality standards, manage financials and staffing, lead sales efforts, train and develop team members, ensure guest satisfaction and safety compliance, and maintain positive team relations.

Lead sales and business development for assigned hotels: prospect and manage accounts, achieve revenue goals, forecast, mentor sales staff, support revenue management, use sales systems, and collaborate with hotel departments and task force partners.
