Own the company’s annual budgeting, forecasting, and ARR metrics while delivering financial reporting, KPI and variance analysis, SaaS financial modeling, and Board reporting. Partner with executive, Business Operations, Sales, and Customer Success leaders on customer contract treatment, compensation planning, strategic initiatives, and operational decisions. Support M&A due diligence, external reporting compliance, and process improvements.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, employee relations, compensation, talent programs, and change management. Partner with business functions to implement People & Culture initiatives, optimize organizational structures, support employee experience, assess risks, and improve internal processes in a scaling SaaS environment.

Owner of the customer feedback lifecycle and win/loss program. Conducts interviews, surveys, and focus groups; aggregates UserVoice and Gong feedback; analyzes qualitative and quantitative data; produces reports for Product, Marketing, Sales and Leadership; informs roadmap, messaging, competitive strategy, and enablement; maintains feedback and win/loss repositories and facilitates cross-functional review sessions.

Partner with product and engineering to build and maintain user-facing reports and data models, perform product/feature analyses, ensure analytics-ready schemas, address ad hoc data needs, and identify AI opportunities to automate and improve analytics.

Own marketing systems, data, and processes to make the funnel measurable and scalable. Lead marketing tech stack governance (Marketo, Bizible, 6sense, Qualified), campaign operations, attribution, reporting, lead routing, and data hygiene. Partner with RevOps and enablement to align processes, train GTM teams, and support forecasting and planning.

Lead and grow a full‑stack People team to design and execute people strategy across talent acquisition, total rewards, HR operations, learning & development, and employee experience. Partner with executives to build scalable programs, ensure compliance, use people analytics to inform decisions, and champion an inclusive, high‑performance hybrid culture.

Build and maintain full-stack features spanning frontend UIs and backend services. Design, develop, test, deploy, and support code; participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and collaborate with Product and QA. Use AI-assisted coding tools, identify technical debt, and contribute to scalable, reliable solutions.

Partner with customers to scope and deliver custom data requests, conduct Business Value Analyses, lead API integrations, build internal data tools and automations, produce executive-ready insights, and mentor analysts while collaborating cross-functionally to scale data solutions.
