Perform NGS library preparation and sequencing on Illumina platforms, conduct RNA‑seq and single‑cell workflows, extract nucleic acids, support LIMS/ELN sample tracking, perform QC and basic downstream data review with bioinformatics, maintain instruments and records, follow biosafety/HHS/NIH policies, collaborate with investigators on experimental design and data interpretation, and contribute to technology development and reports/publications.

Provides administrative and logistical support to NIH’s Office of Cancer Clinical Proteomics Research. Coordinates travel, meetings, calendars, documents, databases, correspondence, presentations, scientific meetings, purchasing, inventory, and project tracking. Ensures deadlines, signatures, reporting, and federal procedures are followed while handling confidential materials and supporting scientific staff and management.
