Provide fiscal and administrative grants review for NIH applications: evaluate cost reasonableness and allocability, apply grants policies, prepare budgets and Notices of Award, maintain official grant files, correspond with awardees to resolve issues, and compile reports from NIH grant databases and financial systems.

Manage and evaluate vaccine development programs with emphasis on GMP compliance. Plan and monitor projects, review proposals, provide scientific and technical guidance, coordinate cross-functional activities, develop policies and training, and support strategic planning and program effectiveness at NIAID/NIH.

Coordinate and manage clinical research portfolios at NCI: support study startup, monitor progress and compliance, manage regulatory submissions, develop project plans, track budgets and risks, liaise with stakeholders, prepare reports, and support audits, inspections, and strategic planning.
