Build and operate high-performance Rust services powering real-time Solana and EVM chain indexing, search, metadata pipelines, and WebSocket delivery. Develop async and concurrent systems, optimize PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and ClickHouse usage, maintain Rust-TypeScript interoperability, profile latency and resource usage, and mentor engineers while operating continuously under heavy load.

Own and improve infrastructure by debugging production systems, automating operational work, resolving incidents, and executing upgrades, migrations, capacity changes, and rollouts. The role requires strong low-level programming skills, database expertise, networking knowledge, Linux troubleshooting, and sound system-design judgment. Engineers will support infrastructure reliability, performance, correctness, and maintainability while contributing to low-level programming and making high-impact technical decisions.

Set frontend technical direction and ship polished user-facing features end to end. Build fast, reliable interfaces handling live market data, own performance and interaction quality, debug production issues across browser, network, and backend, evolve maintainable architecture, and mentor engineers. Preferred experience includes frontend performance optimization, high-frequency WebSocket data, large-scale state management, charting, virtualization, and production observability tools.

Set backend technical direction and build and operate low-latency APIs, indexers, and real-time pipelines. Own system latency, throughput, correctness, schemas, caching, and production reliability across Postgres, Redis, ClickHouse, and blockchain infrastructure. Debug incidents, improve fleet architecture, and mentor engineers while supporting high-volume trading across Solana, BNB, Ethereum, Base, and other chains.

Own full-stack product surfaces across Next.js, TypeScript services, and Postgres data models. Build and optimize features end to end, improve query, caching, socket, and rendering performance, debug production issues, collaborate with design and product, make pragmatic scope decisions, and mentor engineers. The role may also involve real-time systems, Redis caching, onchain data, and production on-call ownership.
