Manage sales growth across an assigned Avon territory by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing Sales Leaders and Representatives. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting; manage statutory statements, regulatory filings, reconciliations, audits, and compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, SOX, and internal policies. Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and suppliers; resolve packaging challenges; lead value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives; and ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and manufacturing standards.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Avons Contract Manufacturing business. Manage prospecting, contract negotiation, onboarding, cross-functional coordination, production ramp-up, and performance monitoring to deliver sustainable volume and margin targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Supervise financial reporting, month-end close, statutory statements, regulatory filings, audits, IFRS-to-statutory adjustments, reconciliations, forecasting, and financial controls. Partner with finance leaders, auditors, advisors, tax specialists, and shared-service teams while ensuring compliance, improving processes, and strengthening reporting quality across EMEA commercial markets.

Manage and optimize global eCommerce and lead-generation paid media campaigns across PPC and paid social. Oversee budgets, audience targeting, product feeds, tracking (UTMs), analytics, attribution, and creative implementation. Partner with creative and brand teams, present insights, and scale Avon's in-house paid media capability across international markets.

Lead and scale Avon's global affiliate and creator programme across markets. Manage Awin operations, recruit and engage creators, optimise performance (revenue, CAC, ROI), integrate tracking, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and expand affiliate partnerships and platform integrations.

Lead packaging development and commercialization for assigned product categories, manage specifications and BOMs, partner with suppliers and manufacturers, resolve packaging technical issues, drive cost savings, continuous improvement and sustainable packaging initiatives, and maintain accurate product data to support quality and manufacturability.

Lead design, provisioning, and optimization of multi-cloud infrastructure (OCI/AWS/Azure). Implement IaC (Terraform), SRE and observability practices, manage incidents, drive FinOps and migrations, mentor L2 analysts, maintain documentation and on-call rotation.

Provide legal counsel and risk management across Avon Philippines: manage corporate governance, draft and negotiate contracts, support litigation, ensure compliance (data privacy, competition law), handle labor and employment matters, advise business functions (Supply Chain, Marketing, Procurement, Retail), deliver training, and mitigate legal risks while working with external counsel and regulatory bodies.

Lead end-to-end production across a large FMCG manufacturing site, managing safety, quality, productivity, cost, and a large production workforce. Drive Lean/TPM/WCM continuous improvement, support transformation and change, collaborate with factory leadership, and identify process and performance improvements to build a high-performing manufacturing environment.

Lead day-to-day Intercompany Centre of Excellence operations, manage monthly cycles, ensure compliance, optimise processes, drive automation and system improvements, and coach a team while partnering with tax, FP&A and third-party providers.

Own complex accounting provisions and reconciliations, design and maintain automated databases and models, apply automation and AI to finance processes, ensure month/quarter/year close accuracy, support audits, and partner with IT and global finance to standardize and improve accounting workflows.

Produce production-ready AI-generated visuals and video for beauty and fashion campaigns, including packaging, product imagery and retail assets. Maternity-cover Regulatory Operations Specialist supporting international R&D to ensure cosmetics and partner-brand compliance across EMEA and UK. Review labels, artwork, ingredients, claims and packaging; manage EU/UK product notifications and regulatory tracking; support REACH-related activities; collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Sourcing and regional teams to enable compliant product launches and projects.

Coordinate governance, reporting, and data integrity across the New Product Development portfolio. Prepare and analyse portfolio, gate, and Brand Plan reports; track risks, scope changes, costs, and product-market alignment; support program managers and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, compliant project execution.

Own end-to-end payroll delivery for a portfolio of countries; manage vendor relationships; validate payroll data and controls; support employees on pay, tax, and benefits inquiries; and drive payroll process improvement, automation, and standardisation.
