The role is a 12-month temporary cover position requiring accounting knowledge, IFRS understanding, advanced Excel skills, and strong stakeholder management.

Perform quality control testing and approval of raw materials, packaging, and cosmetic semi-finished products. Conduct laboratory analyses using instruments such as IR, viscometers, pH meters, and densitometers; record and analyze results; monitor processes; oversee measurement equipment; and investigate quality issues with manufacturing and cross-functional teams. The role requires a chemistry-related degree, laboratory equipment proficiency, shift availability, English reading ability, and Microsoft Office skills.

Provides day-to-day legal advice to Avon companies in Poland, including contract drafting and negotiation, EU consumer law, marketing and e-commerce review, sales support, employment law compliance, corporate governance, regulatory implementation, and business development. The role collaborates with HR, Regulatory, Sales, and Business Development teams and requires Polish legal training, at least three years of experience, fluent English, and the ability to work independently.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple countries, functions, and organizational levels. Build talent pipelines, source and assess candidates, partner with hiring managers, support employer branding and recruitment events, and coordinate with agencies and regional People teams. Maintain recruitment data in Workday, monitor hiring metrics, promote inclusive hiring practices, and contribute to talent projects, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple global markets, partnering with hiring managers and People teams from role briefing through onboarding. Build diverse talent pipelines, source candidates, manage agencies, track recruitment activity in Workday, analyze hiring metrics, support employer branding and recruitment events, and contribute to DEI and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a six-month fixed-term contract with possible extension.

Manage sales growth across an assigned Avon territory by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing Sales Leaders and Representatives. Build relationships, deliver local events and training, deploy campaigns and incentives, monitor performance data, and execute action plans to achieve KPIs. Expand Avon’s presence in new territories, support retention and engagement, and provide guidance in a fast-paced, field-based environment requiring extensive travel.

Supports record-to-report accounting, month-end close, IFRS and statutory reporting, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, financial data transfers, tax documentation, and audit support. Prepares financial reports, maintains accurate accounting records, and collaborates with internal teams to meet regulatory and reporting requirements during a fixed-term maternity cover assignment.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Avons Contract Manufacturing business. Manage prospecting, contract negotiation, onboarding, cross-functional coordination, production ramp-up, and performance monitoring to deliver sustainable volume and margin targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Supervise financial reporting, month-end close, statutory statements, regulatory filings, audits, IFRS-to-statutory adjustments, reconciliations, forecasting, and financial controls. Partner with finance leaders, auditors, advisors, tax specialists, and shared-service teams while ensuring compliance, improving processes, and strengthening reporting quality across EMEA commercial markets.

Manage and optimize global eCommerce and lead-generation paid media campaigns across PPC and paid social. Oversee budgets, audience targeting, product feeds, tracking (UTMs), analytics, attribution, and creative implementation. Partner with creative and brand teams, present insights, and scale Avon's in-house paid media capability across international markets.

Lead and scale Avon's global affiliate and creator programme across markets. Manage Awin operations, recruit and engage creators, optimise performance (revenue, CAC, ROI), integrate tracking, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and expand affiliate partnerships and platform integrations.

Lead packaging development and commercialization for assigned product categories, manage specifications and BOMs, partner with suppliers and manufacturers, resolve packaging technical issues, drive cost savings, continuous improvement and sustainable packaging initiatives, and maintain accurate product data to support quality and manufacturability.

Lead design, provisioning, and optimization of multi-cloud infrastructure (OCI/AWS/Azure). Implement IaC (Terraform), SRE and observability practices, manage incidents, drive FinOps and migrations, mentor L2 analysts, maintain documentation and on-call rotation.
