Own complex accounting provisions and reconciliations, design and maintain automated databases and models, apply automation and AI to finance processes, ensure month/quarter/year close accuracy, support audits, and partner with IT and global finance to standardize and improve accounting workflows.

Provide legal counsel and risk management across Avon Philippines: manage corporate governance, draft and negotiate contracts, support litigation, ensure compliance (data privacy, competition law), handle labor and employment matters, advise business functions (Supply Chain, Marketing, Procurement, Retail), deliver training, and mitigate legal risks while working with external counsel and regulatory bodies.

Develop and optimize cosmetic formulations (emulsions, surfactants, fragrances, colors, aerosols) from concept to commercialization. Perform lab testing, stability and performance evaluations, troubleshoot formulation/process issues, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, document technical data, and collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to meet timelines and product quality standards.
