Lead day-to-day Intercompany Centre of Excellence operations, manage monthly cycles, ensure compliance, optimise processes, drive automation and system improvements, and coach a team while partnering with tax, FP&A and third-party providers.

Supervise the Record to Report team across fixed assets, revenue, inventory, payroll, reconciliations, month-end close, reporting, lease accounting, and internal controls. Review financial activities, coordinate audits, ensure IFRS 16 compliance, manage deadlines, and serve as an escalation point for stakeholders. Lead team development while driving process improvements, automation, standardization, and accurate financial reporting across international markets.

Serves as the finance governance partner for assigned markets, reviewing financial results, reconciliations, reporting accuracy, accounting policies, risks, and internal controls. Partners with market finance, shared services, and global stakeholders to support month-end reporting, certifications, audit and compliance activities, remediation, process improvements, finance transformation, and standardized governance practices.
