Teams at Avon

Manage sales growth across an assigned Avon territory by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing Sales Leaders and Representatives. Build relationships, deliver local events and training, deploy campaigns and incentives, monitor performance data, and execute action plans to achieve KPIs. Expand Avon’s presence in new territories, support retention and engagement, and provide guidance in a fast-paced, field-based environment requiring extensive travel.

Supports record-to-report accounting, month-end close, IFRS and statutory reporting, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, financial data transfers, tax documentation, and audit support. Prepares financial reports, maintains accurate accounting records, and collaborates with internal teams to meet regulatory and reporting requirements during a fixed-term maternity cover assignment.

Partner with employees, managers, and business leaders across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, mobility, offboarding, employee relations, organizational change, and HR administration. Provide policy and employment guidance, manage records and documentation, support payroll and benefits data, coordinate HR communications, maintain local labor-law compliance, and contribute to engagement, culture, and global HR programs.
