Contacts payers to obtain service authorizations, collects patients' financial/demographic data, gathers clinical information from charts/orders/providers, and supports centralized scheduling workflows. Works within healthcare insurance processes and may use EPIC systems. Monday–Friday daytime schedule at Crestline location.

Collects patient information and facilitates efficient inpatient and hospital-based outpatient admissions. Interviews patients/representatives, enters data into the hospital database, distributes information to ancillary departments, and participates in performance improvement and CQI activities. Supports varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Develops and delivers revenue cycle education programs, aligns training with strategic priorities, monitors performance metrics, uses data and audits to identify training needs, and supports leadership with reports and special projects.

Provides nursing care to oncology patients in an outpatient specialty clinic, including assessment, care planning, implementation, patient and family education, advocacy, and coordination of clinical staff and patient flow. Requires Ohio RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and PICC/Midline insertion training. Outpatient specialty clinic and PICC/Midline experience are preferred.

Provides reception, administrative, medical secretarial, and operational support in a pediatric physician office. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, entering charges, batching daily bills, resolving data issues, and supporting office positions as directed. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Ohio driver’s license. Medical office receptionist or medical assistant experience is preferred. The schedule includes weekdays only, with travel to Shelby required.
