Provide front-desk administrative and medical secretarial support in the WorkWell department. Handle inquiries, complete charge entry, batch daily bills, resolve data and information issues, and assist the Office Manager with operational tasks.

Provide direct patient care in the ICU: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care. Supervise assistants/LPNs, participate in patient/family teaching, and act as patient advocate to ensure continuity of care across shifts.

Prepare and serve patient meals under FNS Manager supervision: portioning, assembling and delivering trays, cleaning and stocking food preparation areas, performing routine sanitation, following cash-handling procedures, and supporting food service operations across varied shifts.
