Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing assistants/LPNs in the ICU. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, participate in patient and family teaching, and act as patient advocate while ensuring continuity of care across shifts.

Provide direct MedSurg nursing care: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Supervise nursing assistants/LPNs, ensure continuity of care between shifts, participate in patient and family teaching, and serve as patient advocate.

Provide direct nursing care in the Obstetrics unit: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; ensure continuity between shifts; supervise assistants/LPNs; deliver patient and family education; act as patient advocate and maintain unit standards.
