Processes daily and biweekly payroll, weekly payroll reports, income journals, audit packages, and hotel revenue audits. Reviews general ledger accounts, prepares correcting journal entries, reconciles cash, credit card, and intercompany accounts, and resolves discrepancies. Maintains accounting documentation, supports internal and external audits, and communicates with management and department stakeholders while following hospitality accounting standards.

Oversee property accounting operations, including monthly close, reconciliations, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, internal controls, audits, and process improvements. Supervise and mentor accounting staff while partnering with property leadership and corporate finance to ensure accurate, timely financial information and support strategic decision-making.

Leads finance and accounting for a dual-brand hotel operation, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, month-end close, payroll, audits, controls, cash management, and compliance. Partners with executive leadership, ownership, and department heads to improve profitability, manage costs, evaluate investments, and strengthen accountability. Manages and develops the hotel finance team while translating financial results into actionable operational strategies.

Leads human resources for a hotel, partnering with the General Manager and department leaders on recruiting, retention, employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, training, workforce planning, succession, and engagement. Coaches leaders, oversees HR processes, analyzes workforce metrics, maintains employee records, and supports culture and talent development initiatives across the property.

Lead centralized AP for 40+ hotels: manage invoice-to-payment lifecycle, ensure timely vendor payments, oversee month-end close, maintain internal controls, own AP systems (M3, Foodbuy, OneSource, Paymerang, Expensify), drive automation and process improvements, and lead a team while supporting hotel transitions and audits.
