Manage room availability, reservations, and occupancy to optimize revenue; coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure room readiness; update PMS records; assist forecasting and inventory adjustments; respond to guest reservation inquiries and prepare occupancy and revenue reports.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment, and storage areas. Operate dishwashing equipment, wash and store cookware and utensils, sweep and mop, empty garbage, maintain back dock and dumpster cleanliness, assist kitchen staff, and perform other duties as assigned.

Supervise front desk operations, assist management, ensure courteous guest service, maximize room revenue and occupancy, train staff, handle reservations, VIP requests, communications, PBX operations, and enforce hotel policies.
