Designs and operates GitOps-based CI/CD and cloud infrastructure for Avid’s multi-tenant SaaS platform on AWS EKS. Responsibilities include implementing progressive delivery, automating tenant provisioning, building reliability tools, troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and advising teams on secure, observable, isolated deployments. Provides advanced technical support for customers, field engineers, and certified technicians troubleshooting complex computer systems and software. Diagnoses issues beyond standard documented processes, escalates design, reliability, maintenance, and software bugs to engineering teams, and may support customer training and product installations.

Develop, edit, maintain, and modernize educational content for Avid Learning programs. Create instructional materials, validate software workflows in Avid applications, review AI-generated content, support learning-platform deployment, and maintain instructional and technical quality. Collaborate with instructors, product teams, engineers, and subject matter experts on courses, certifications, assessments, and content modernization.

Manage the end-to-end RMA lifecycle: generate and update RMAs/cases in Salesforce, coordinate with operations on inventory and fulfillment, communicate status to stakeholders and end users, ensure proper inbound/outbound reverse logistics, identify failure trends, and create training and knowledge assets to improve RMA processes.

Lead delivery and modernization of Avid's finance technology stack, primarily NetSuite ERP and NSPB. Manage a small team of engineers and finance-systems professionals, oversee integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, RevPro, and Concur, enforce SDLC and governance, support SOX/audit requirements, and partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable finance systems and roadmap outcomes.

The Site Reliability Engineer will ensure the reliability of cloud infrastructure, manage deployments with Kubernetes, and automate processes with tools like Terraform and GitHub Actions while monitoring service health.

Support legal and legal operations across contract lifecycle management, corporate governance, IP renewals, regulatory compliance, records, reporting, legal technology coordination, SOPs, and cross-functional stakeholder support to improve processes and maintain audit-ready documentation.
