Develop, edit, maintain, and modernize educational content for Avid Learning programs. Create instructional materials, validate software workflows in Avid applications, review AI-generated content, support learning-platform deployment, and maintain instructional and technical quality. Collaborate with instructors, product teams, engineers, and subject matter experts on courses, certifications, assessments, and content modernization.

Own and advance Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes for complex B2B and B2C sales operations. Design pricing logic, product catalogs, bundling, discounting, renewals, and amendments; configure Salesforce; lead solution design sessions; develop ERP and CLM integrations; analyze data; manage documentation, performance, governance, and deployments; and serve as the primary CPQ subject matter expert.
