Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce billing and eCommerce solutions for subscription lifecycle management. Lead integrations (payment gateways, ERP), optimize invoice and recurring billing jobs, implement CPQ and order/asset processes, support releases via CI/CD, and collaborate with product, finance, and customer teams to ensure data integrity and platform performance.

Perform manual and automated testing for Sibelius music notation software, including functional, regression, integration, and performance tests. Execute test cases, log defects, verify fixes, maintain automated end-to-end test suites, collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, and beta users, and produce detailed test reports to ensure product quality.

Create and maintain user guides, installation and system configuration manuals for Avid products (Sibelius, Pro Tools). Work with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to update documentation, follow change-tracking processes, and produce user- and administrator-focused materials.
